Nauman Hannani was born in Karachi with a humble background, forced to choose Engineering as a profession to making his living, and later become an economic refugee living in over 8 countries including Sweden, Malaysia, Singapore, India, UAE, and now back to Pakistan. However, his routs from Amroha (India) & Lucknow (India) and his mother’s teachings always forced him to keep Urdu in his heart. He received a Master’s degree from Sweden and his study of Swedish literature enhance his passion for Urdu literature from Fiaz Ahmed Faiz to Saadat Hasan Manto.
Additionally, he was straightforward and outspoken who was not a mere blogger or video make via his YouTube channel but a mirror to the society who showed the society its real face which it may not want to see. Sometimes his passion for reality and too direct approach make him intolerable but on the other hand, this makes him different than others.
